It is considered to be extinct. You can take a cable car to the summit of the mountain. There is a breathtaking view of the Canary Islands. Take the TF-50 to the TF-21 to get there.
4. Many people visit for the beaches. Playa de la vistas beach is a good family location. On the east of the beach is a large area that is free to park in. At the beach, you will find toilets and changing rooms. There are lifeguards present, everywhere on this beach. You will see snack bars and many restaurants also. The waves are usually small, so it is fine for children. There is a place to hire jet skis, also. The beach is located in the Los Cristianos harbor.
5. Loro Parque or Parrot Park is a zoo with many exciting attractions. You will see one of the largest collections of parrots, in the world. It also boasts the largest indoor penguin exhibition that you can find. Attend a dolphin show or marvel at the shark tunnel. There are also parrot and sea lion shows to enjoy. There is an enormous amount of animals to see. Some of them include tigers and exotic fish. Perhaps you enjoy exotic plants like orchids. There is a large collection of these plants. To the south is huge water park, for your enjoyment. There is plenty of free parking there, also. It is located in the north area of the island. Just follow the signs.
